Meditation.

Meditation is a huge part of my own practice of keeping my balance and clarity. I have practiced different kinds of meditation, including Vipassana, and with meditation masters and teachers in Bali, Guatemala and Sweden. Every time I land back to that I’m my own meditation teacher.

Meditation is not as complicated as people seem to think. I always get surprised to hear about the resistance that many have. For me, the meditative state is our natural state. Meditation is the practice to be still and to be with what is. It’s not about trying to silence those voices and images that may flash through (because that will never stop) – it’s about CONNECTING TO YOUR HEART to find ACCEPTANCE for it all.
